Fitness has always been a passion of mine for as long as I can remember.
Having worked in an office environment for most of my career I decided to take the plunge and re train. I am now a level 3 qualified personal trainer and it was the best decision I have ever made. The obvious result of my qualification was to join the PT-ME team. Seeing my husband Aaron, start this company from the beginning and grow it to where it is now only reaffirmed to me that this is where I am meant to be. My passion for fitness and my experience in training comes across in my approach to helping my clients reach their fitness and weight management goals. Helping my clients to feel good about themselves. As a working mum of 3, I can relate and understand only too well the struggles of finding the time to fit everything in. With my help this is something that can definitely be achieved! I recently decided to challenge myself further and entered into two body building competition as a fitness model. This is something that is completely out of my comfort zone but I really enjoyed the experience and was lucky enough to place in both shows earning my pro cards.
