As a working mum of 3, I can relate and understand only too well the struggles of finding the time to fit everything in. With my help this is something that can definitely be achieved!


My passion for fitness is what helped to shape my career as a Nutritionist and fitness coach. Through this and my own experiences I help females reach their fitness, nutrition and weight management goals.

When it comes to nutrition I believe in sustainability over all else! Sure, there are great "12-week programs, 1-month challenges, 90-day transformations", but by the end of the day, when you finish that, what's next? Another 12-week program? When working with clients, I like to build from the ground up. Instead of handing you a meal plan, I teach you how to build your own.


My methods of using both exercise and nutrition help my ladies maximise their progress and while there may be a sore muscle or two along the way, getting in shape shouldn’t be a punishment.
