

RYAN COLE

I have been involved in a variety of sports from an early age and it has always been my main passion. I have played rugby for most of my life before making the switch to more endurance based sports, including racing on my bike 2+ times a week.
After returning home from University I set up my own company, RC Sports Therapy, offering personal training, rehabilitation, conditioning and massage, working out of my garage gym. Fast forward 2 years, and I’m lucky enough to be working alongside Aaron, Nicole and TJ at The Gym Joint!
From training clients at both The Gym Joint and PT-ME Studio, I have learnt that many of us will be struggling with past or present injuries, as well as trying to meet the demands of our jobs. Therefore, it is evident that rehabilitation should be integrated into our training activities. This insight has enabled me to create training programmes for my clients that are individual for them meeting their own specific training needs.
To date, I have coached numerous clients through successful weight loss transformations, as well as putting myself through some quite drastic transformations, so I know what it takes!
