I started studying to become a personal trainer when I was 16, 3 years later I qualified as a Level 3 Personal Trainer and Level 4 Strength and Conditioning Coach. I started working with Teenage Athletes in the UK and even America with sports such as American Football, Basketball, Golf, Rowing and Long Distance Running. I then switched paths to work with bodybuilding and your classic 9-5 style vocation 2020 but still work with other athletes. Thus Trident Coaching was created to cater to athletes and the general population alike. I believe I provide a unique evolving coaching style that can be applied to any person to help them achieve their goals and more.
What to expect of me as a coach? I push my clients with high intensity workouts that not only challenge you physically but mentally. I aim to not just improve your physical health but mental health by giving you a place to channel frustration positively while improving your physique and self esteem.
