I have forever been a slimmer frame guy, yes I trained all my life from the age of 16, but I didn't know how to train, how to eat and wasted years on focusing in the wrong areas (I even thought doing lateral raises with spin lock dumbbells at home was working my chest )
With a first fitness prep taking me to 67kg on the left, after learning and implementing through switches of bulks and cuts. Done the wrong and right way, I have through experience fine tuned what works. My most recent photshoot here I was sitting at 87kg.......20 kilos of muscle but this took me 8 years! The truth is with the right scientifically proven gym programme, specific nutritional protocols it doesn't have to take you as long as it did me through guesswork, as I've compiled 20 years of industry experience and the last 8 years into perfecting how to do this right, do it faster to save you time!

It is far better to start from a good level of condition, the leaner the better as it will prolong the condition and nutrient uptake to grow and not just get fat. However if you are prepared to gain unnecessary body fat if starting with a higher level then we arent going to tell you, you can't join the group.
